At Heron Bicycle Co., we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you find that your bicycle is not the right fit, you may return it under the following conditions: 

Return Eligibility 

Condition of Bicycle:
The bicycle must be in like-new condition. This means it should be free from any signs of use, wear, or damage. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included. 

Return Window:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the original purchase date. After this period, returns will not be accepted. 

Return Process 

Initiating a Return:
To begin a return, please email our Customer Service team at contact@heronbikes.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please include this number with your return. 

Shipping and Handling:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or shipping error. In such cases, Heron Bicycle Co. will provide a prepaid return label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Heron Bicycle Co. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Restock Fee: A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all returns. This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs. If the bicycle is returned in a condition that requires additional refurbishment, an additional fee may apply.

Inspection Process: 
Once we receive your returned bicycle, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If it does not meet the required conditions, the return may be refused or additional fees may apply. 

Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after return approval. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment, minus applicable fees. 

Damaged or Defective Products: 
If your bicycle arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
